This is an execution-first role — you will be responsible for managing campaigns, calendars, and systems while ensuring both brands are represented clearly and professionally. This is not a remote position. Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person Responsibilities: • Create marketing materials including website content, advertisements, social media posts, and other collateral that is polished and on-brand • Oversee website, mailing lists, analytics, and SEO to ensure content is regularly updated with the most recent information • Play a key role on the marketing team in advising on and contributing to digital, advertising, and marketing strategies • Report out monthly statistics for website and social media traffic, engagement, and lead generation and suggest ideas for optimization • Regularly update social media and respond to followers • Residential Marketing (Primary Focus) • Execute residential listing and team marketing campaigns • Schedule and manage social media content • Coordinate email and digital campaigns • Manage marketing calendars and deadlines • Support lead generation and follow-up campaigns through marketing systems Commercial Marketing (Secondary Focus) • Execute scheduled commercial marketing initiatives • Format and distribute market updates, deal announcements, and case studies • Maintain a consistent professional brand presence (LinkedIn-focused) • Repurpose long-form content into reusable assets Marketing Operations • Maintain marketing systems, templates, and workflows • Track campaign execution and basic performance metrics • Coordinate with internal team members to ensure timely delivery • Document processes and improve efficiency where possible • Some Saturdays and evenings are required for events Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in Marketing or related field • Familiarity with web platforms, email systems, social media, public relations, and brand identity • Advanced knowledge of current market trends • Must possess excellent project management skills, communication skills, and a strong work ethic Compensation: $16 - $19 hourly
