Position Summary
As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll work side-by-side with leadership to support and execute our marketing strategy, as well as help shape our approach to marketing to our ideal audience. This hands-on, creative, and analytical role is ideal for a motivated professional eager to drive business results through digital marketing, campaign management, and market research. You will collaborate with leadership to conduct opportunity analysis, expand our digital presence, optimize marketing operations, and expand our value proposition across multiple channels--including our website, social media, and targeted campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Collateral Creation & Content Development: Collaborate with marketing and sales members to develop collateral, presentations, and digital assets that communicate Vanguard ID’s value proposition.
Create case studies, customer success stories, and testimonial spotlights to showcase our solutions’ impact.
Develop targeted messaging for specific products (e.g., gift card programs, RFID, inventory/access tracking) tailored to various industry segments.
Plan and execute trade show participation, including booth preparation, collateral development, and post-show follow-up.
Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution: Design, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including ad campaigns, blog content, and social media initiatives to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Revamp and maintain our digital presence, including website content, landing pages, and social media profiles.
Plan, create, and publish targeted blog content and knowledge articles aligned with customer search intent and product positioning.
Manage and execute a content calendar, ensuring a consistent cadence of blog posts, social promotions, and campaign launches.
Optimize Google Ad Search campaigns and implement SEO best practices across all digital content.
Develop, schedule, and monitor social media content-including product promotions, industry related posts, and customer success stories-to drive engagement and traffic.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement of marketing initiatives.
Report on key campaign metrics and recommend optimizations to enhance future marketing efforts.
Market & Customer Research: Conduct research to identify target customer segments, buyer roles, and key personas.
Analyze industry trends, competitor positioning, and new vertical markets to inform go-to-market strategies.
Assist in developing and testing messaging strategies for various customer segments.
Share insights on messaging and positioning to help Vanguard ID stand out in the market.
Gather feedback and data to refine communication approaches and improve conversion rates.
