We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a dynamic, multi-faceted role where no two days are the same. You’ll play a key part in executing our marketing strategy—managing social media accounts, assisting with internal and external event planning, supporting email campaigns, and handling a variety of day-to-day marketing initiatives. You'll also contribute to light office administration, helping ensure smooth coordination between departments. Responsibilities: Social Media & Digital Marketing • Manage and grow our presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) • Schedule and post content using tools like Later, Hootsuite, or similar • Engage with audiences, monitor DMs/comments, and report performance metrics • Collaborate with our creative team to generate content ideas and stay on brand Event Coordination • Assist with planning and executing company events, including internal team-building events, real estate agent trainings, client appreciation nights, and more • Manage logistics such as venue booking, vendor communication, guest lists, signage, and setup/teardown Email & Campaign Support • Help build and execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, announcements, promotions) • Maintain contact lists and ensure data accuracy within CRM or marketing platform Administrative & Marketing Support • Support day-to-day marketing tasks and internal requests (flyers, print materials, presentations, etc.) • Maintain marketing supply inventory and assist in ordering branded materials Qualifications: • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or event coordination (internships count!) • Event planning and coordination experience • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Excellent written and verbal communication • Proficient in social media platforms and scheduling tools • Familiar with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar) • Comfortable using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus • Positive, resourceful, and self-motivated—able to take initiative and own tasks from start to finish • Experience in real estate, mortgage, or financial services is a plus but not required Compensation: $50,000 yearly
