Back-End Developer & Marketing Systems Support (Go High Level Specialist) As we expand our digital presence, we are seeking a project/deliverables-based Go High Level (GHL) Website Developer, Back-end Support & Marketing/Social Media Systems Specialist who can support two of our projects. Position Overview We’re hiring a reliable, detail-oriented back-end support specialist to help maintain and manage our digital systems This is not a “design from scratch” role. You will support, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve existing systems in: • GoHighLevel (GHL) (pipelines, workflows, automations, contacts, tags, calendars) • WordPress (basic updates/maintenance as needed) • Zapier/Integrations • SEO basics (on-page hygiene, metadata updates, basic audits/checks) • Domain management & maintenance You’ll also support marketing operations + community management, including scheduling posts, responding to comments/messages, and managing review responses (IG, FB, LinkedIn, Google My Business). This begins as a project-based role, with continuous work available if the partnership is a success Compensation: • Project-based with defined milestones (paid per worked hours per project) • Ongoing work is available if the partnership is a success Responsibilities: GHL Back-End Support (Primary) • Maintain GHL CRM hygiene: contacts, tagging, smart lists, pipeline stages • Monitor and troubleshoot automations (email/SMS workflows, triggers, routing, notifications) • Ensure lead capture forms/surveys/calendars are functioning correctly • QA basic funnel/site pages for broken links, form errors, tracking issues • Keep reporting organized (basic dashboards, lead source tracking, status updates) • Document updates in simple SOP format (what changed, why, how to maintain) **Integrations & Automation Support (Zapier/Make/Tools) ** • Maintain and troubleshoot Zaps (webhooks, form submissions, lead routing, Google Sheets, Slack, email tools) • Handle basic integration QA after changes (test submissions end-to-end) • Escalate technical items clearly (what’s broken, steps to reproduce, screenshots) WordPress + SEO Support (Supportive, Not Design) • Make basic WordPress edits: page updates, plugin updates (as directed), simple fixes • Maintain SEO fundamentals: titles/meta descriptions, alt text, header structure checks • Coordinate with leadership on needed edits (you don’t “own strategy,” you execute updates) Marketing Ops + Community Management (Support Role) • Upload/schedule posts based on an existing content calendar (IG/FB/LinkedIn/etc.) Community management: • Reply to comments and DMs using the provided brand voice guidelines • Escalate sales- or issue-related messages to the right person Lead Nurturing & Marketing Automation: • Email sequences (cold, warm, nurture, onboarding) • SMS lead engagement flows • AI chatbot or auto-response structures • Document collection reminders • Post-closing review requests • Build automated communication workflows that mirror our lending process • Monitor and respond to Google reviews using approved templates • Flag negative reviews immediately with context + suggested response • Funnel architecture & customer journey mapping • A/B testing pages and CTAs • Improving conversion metrics • Designing social media traffic flows to funnels • Integrate GHL with third-party platforms (Zapier, Google Forms, credit pull systems, loans apps, etc.) What Success Looks Like (First 30–45 Days) • All websites and back-end systems are up to date, secured, and operational • GHL workflows are stable, documented, and monitored (no missed leads) • Pipelines stay clean and accurate • All forms/automations/integrations are tested weekly • Posts are consistently scheduled, and engagement is handled on time • Reviews are responded to quickly and professionally • Leadership gets a weekly “systems status” update (what’s working, what broke, what you fixed) Qualifications: • Proven experience with Go High Level (workflows, funnels, pipelines, automations) • Experience with CRM-focused workflows • Familiarity with mortgage, real estate, or financial funnels, as well as the heavy equipment industry (preferred but not required) • Tech-savvy with strong troubleshooting skills • Strong written English for building clear workflows and customer journeys • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks • Experience with Zapier, Make, and API integrations • Experience with UX/UI or brand-aligned digital solutions (preferred but not required) • Basic SEO knowledge (preferred but not required) • Comfortable troubleshooting basic automations + integrations (Zapier or similar) • Strong organization + documentation habits (SOPs, checklists, trackers) • Comfortable with community management and customer-facing communication • Ability to overlap at least partially with U.S. business hours (PST preferred) Preferred (Nice to Have) • WordPress maintenance experience • Basic SEO knowledge (on-page, site hygiene) • Experience supporting US service businesses (construction/equipment rentals, mortgage lending) • Familiarity with tracking basics (UTMs, pixels), maintenance only Compensation: $10 hourly
