About the Role Are you energetic, outgoing, and passionate about fitness and community engagement? Fitness Factory is looking for a proactive Community Outreach & Event Brand Ambassador to represent our brand across the local area!
In this role, you will be the face of Fitness Factory—engaging with community members at local events, building relationships with nearby businesses, and helping us grow our fitness family. If you love talking to people and thrive in vibrant environments, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
Community Engagement: Attend local events (concerts, street fairs, farmers markets, pop-ups) to represent Fitness Factory, answer questions, and generate excitement about our gym.
Lead Generation: Interact with event attendees to encourage registration for our "Chance to Win" giveaways and "Tell Me More" email lists.
Business Partnerships: Visit local businesses to establish community partnerships, promote corporate/group memberships, and build professional networks.
Brand Promotion: Distribute promotional materials, flyers, and special offers to drive local foot traffic and prospective member leads.

Outgoing & Charismatic: You genuinely enjoy meeting new people, starting conversations, and bringing high energy wherever you go.
Self-Motivated: Comfortable working independently out in the field and taking the initiative to spark interest.
Strong Communicator: Clear, articulate, and confident speaker with a professional yet approachable demeanor.
Flexible Schedule: Willingness to work varied hours, including evenings or weekends for local events (15–20 hours per week).
Reliable Transportation: Ability to travel to local events and partner business sites within the community.
