At Weichert Realtors Advantage Plus, we’re not just selling homes—we’re building careers, changing lives, and embracing the future of real estate. We’re looking for a Marketing & Technology Manager who can bring fresh energy, organization, and vision to our growing team of agents.

What You’ll Do:

Create & Customize Marketing: From flyers and postcards to property websites, social media posts, and listing presentations, you’ll make sure our agents have eye-catching tools to win clients and market homes.

Manage Listings: Input MLS data, design marketing campaigns, create property websites, and keep our signage and open house promotions running smoothly.

Coordinate Events: Drive engagement at open houses, workshops, trainings, and sales meetings with strong planning and communication.

Lead Technology: Support agents with Google Workspace, MLS tools, office tech, and digital platforms. Keep our systems running and introduce new solutions.

Leverage AI: Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to streamline marketing, generate content, and train agents on cutting-edge technology for real estate.

Train & Onboard Agents: Get new agents set up for success with websites, business cards, tech tools, and ongoing workshops.

What We’re Looking For

Strong marketing and design skills with an eye for detail.

Comfort with tech platforms (Google Workspace, MLS, Canva, social media, etc.).

Excitement to use AI and new technology to create efficiency and impact.

Strong organizational skills — you can juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball.

A team player with great communication and problem-solving skills.

Background in real estate, marketing, or tech support is a big plus!
