    About Us: The Dale Modern Day Spa is a luxury beauty suite destination located in Scottsdale Road close to fashion square and North Scottsdale. We are working on two new locations in South Tempe and Arcadia. We provide high-end salon spaces for independent beauty professionals in a boutique, design-forward setting. As part of the Original Ventures family of brands, we pride ourselves on excellence, creativity, and personalized service. We’re seeking a tech-savvy, marketing-minded, and ultra-organized team member who can help push our leasing efforts and tenant satisfaction to the next level. Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9 am–6 pm Some flexibility may be needed for occasional tenant coordination or emergencies Why Join The Dale? • Be part of a growing, design-driven brand • Help shape the marketing voice of a luxury property • Work in a positive, purpose-driven team • Make a direct impact on leasing and tenant satisfaction Location: Scottsdale, AZ (In-Person) Compensation: $55,000 – $70,000/year (depending on experience) Includes PTO, paid holidays, healthcare benefits, and company-provided laptop & phone Responsibilities: What You’ll Be Doing: You’ll be the marketing engine and operations support behind our beautiful salon suite property. From filling vacant suites with new tenants to making sure existing tenants are taken care of and compliant, your work will be fast-paced, varied, and rewarding. Marketing & Lead Gen: • Write and schedule weekly call-drop voicemails and referral texts to current tenants • Manage Instagram and social media engagement (posting, comments, DMs) • Update suite rental ads across platforms (Craigslist, Facebook, etc.) • Assist in writing and sending newsletters and marketing blasts to prospects • Track and follow up with leasing leads and inquiries Tenant Experience & Compliance: • Prepare and update lease agreements • Ensure all tenants are current with licenses, insurance, and other requirements • Provide excellent tenant communication, especially when resolving repair needs • Schedule vendors for suite upgrades or repairs • Maintain tenant files and suite occupancy records Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: • 2+ years of experience in marketing, operations, leasing, or hospitality • Strong writing skills (you’ll be crafting texts, emails, and ad copy regularly) • Comfortable with Instagram, Facebook, Canva, and Google Workspace • Friendly and professional with tenants and vendors • Organized and proactive—you’re the kind of person who gets stuff done Compensation: $55,000 – $70,000 year depending on experience
