Compensation: • Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 • Paid Time Off • Bonus Opportunity • Hybrid Work Opportunity The Compelling Future: • Work with the #1 team in Brooklyn of the #1 Company in the country! • Work for the fastest growing and most innovative real estate companies in the US (and soon to be the world) - Compass • Performance-Based Additional Bonus Structure • Growth Opportunities • Paid vacation, company outings, and other perks • Consistent and Innovative Professional & Personal Business Development • A culture of performance and people - a team completely dedicated to supporting each other both at work and out of the office • Be a part of cutting-edge technology, strategies, innovation, and the re-invention of how modern-day real estate is practiced Responsibilities: Support agents in their day-to-day role/s with tasks related to the sales listing/buyer process including but not limited to: • Creating listing agreements, coordinating signatures, and sending them to the listings department • Coordinating with management companies to build due diligence documents • Entering new listings into listing distribution systems, StreetEasy, and uploading all media • Point person on overseeing coop/condo Board Packages (w/ help of a board package 3rd party) • Contacting management for any building/unit questions from customers • Updating listings online for price drops, status changes, etc. • Facilitating deal sheets and necessary info for accepted offers • Tracking contracts and following up with attorneys • Coordinating interviews and closings when buyer applications are approved • Sending out commission bills and payment instructions to attorneys • Submitting expenses for marketing reimbursements • Lead and execute upon the marketing efforts (Social Media, Email newsletters, mailers, show sheets) required for sales listing/buyer pipeline - you will also be managing/working with a marketing specialist • Run point on the execution of sales listing activities (photography scheduling, staging, advertising) • Own the data accuracy of our industry-leading CRM (via Hubspot) relating to the sales pipelines (we have plenty of automation that will automatically inform you of tasks) • Vet new referral opportunities for the sales agents • Analyzing and presenting comps (mostly for appraisals) • Managing our project management systems (Asana & Hubspot) effectively to ensure all tasks are completed • Work with the “back of house” team and outside vendors and stakeholders • Introduce potential new agents to the team leader (recruiting bonus opportunity) Qualifications: Core Competencies • Efficient Response Times (< 1hr Slack & < 3hr email) • Ability to multitask & prioritize • Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment • Excellent time mgmt skills • Experience with CRM & project management software • High level of attention to detail • Excellent communication skills • Experience working with multiple agents/transactions simultaneously Qualifications & Requirements • NY Real Estate license is a plus but not essential.
