This pivotal role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution, ensuring our firm effectively reaches and engages clients across various digital platforms. Responsibilities: Lead Multi-Channel Marketing Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage an integrated marketing strategy across platforms including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram Stories, and Facebook Stories. Collaborate with the Content Creator for execution and development.Website Management & Optimization: Employ robust WordPress skills to maintain and optimize the firm’s website, ensuring it is user-friendly, SEO-optimized, and aligned with our marketing objectives.Digital Advertising Collaboration: Work closely with the Digital Ads Manager to assist in the strategy, optimization, and execution of paid Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. Ensure optimal use of the advertising budget for maximum reach and effectiveness in targeting potential clients.Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze web traffic, ad performance, and social media engagement metrics. Provide monthly reports on ROI, including detailed analysis of Google Analytics, website traffic, and social media engagement. Use data insights to refine and improve marketing strategies.Team Leadership & Collaboration: Oversee and collaborate with the content creator and digital ads manager, fostering a cohesive team environment. Provide guidance and support to ensure alignment with marketing goals and deadlines.SEO & Local Search OptimizationEnsure all social media posts are optimized for search engines to improve visibility on Google and other platforms. Integrating relevant keywords, phrases, and geographic location information to enhance local search rankings. Geotagging images with latitude, longitude, and industry-specific keywords to boost geographic relevance. Posts will also include strategic backlinks to the firm’s website, and shared across other networks to increase backlinks, further improving SEO performance.Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Continuously monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to ensure marketing strategies are innovative and effective.
