A part-time role will be considered for an exceptional candidate. Compensation: Competitive full-time salary range of $55,000 - $70,000, based on experience. Responsibilities: • Manage marketing initiatives from concept through execution • Oversee and continuously improve website performance, content, SEO, and user experience • Create compelling, clear, and persuasive written content across platforms, including social media • Develop and implement creative campaigns that reflect our mission and values • Track, analyze, and optimize performance metrics to drive growth • Collaborate with leadership to shape brand voice and strategic direction Qualifications: • Exceptionally intelligent, proactive, and driven • Highly organized with strong project management instincts • A natural problem-solver who takes ownership and follows through • Creative thinker with a sharp eye for detail • Outstanding writer with the ability to connect and persuade • Strong understanding of digital marketing, websites, and analytics • Someone who wants their work to matter—not just fill a role • Experience with media buying and video editing is a plus • College degree • 3+ years’ experience in a similar role Compensation: $55,000 - $70,000 yearly
