Top Quality Home Care Services Inc. is seeking a proactive and creative Marketing and Business Development Coordinator to support the company’s continued growth and visibility. This role will focus on strengthening the company’s brand, developing marketing initiatives, and identifying opportunities to bring in new clients, partnerships, and service contracts.
The ideal candidate is motivated, resourceful, and comfortable building relationships while implementing creative strategies that increase awareness of the company’s services.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Development
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness • Maintain consistent company branding across all platforms • Manage and grow social media presence • Create marketing materials, flyers, and promotional campaigns • Assist with website updates and online visibility • Identify creative ways to promote services both online and offline
Business Development
• Identify opportunities to bring in new clients and service contracts • Conduct outreach to hospitals, facilities, social workers, and community organizations • Research and pursue potential referral partnerships • Assist leadership with proposals, presentations, and partnership opportunities • Maintain relationships with referral sources and professional contacts
Community Outreach & Promotion
• Represent the company in networking opportunities and community initiatives • Assist with marketing events, partnerships, and promotional campaigns • Help increase awareness of the company within the healthcare community
Administrative Support
• Track marketing activities, outreach efforts, and leads • Maintain organized records of partnerships and inquiries • Assist leadership with growth initiatives and strategic projects
Performance Expectations

Qualifications
• Experience in marketing, communications, sales, or business development • Strong networking and relationship-building skills • Excellent communication and organizational abilities • Ability to take initiative and think creatively • Comfortable using social media and marketing tools
Preferred: • Experience in healthcare, home care, or service-based industries
