Job Description:
The Marketing and Communications Administrator will lead the charge in executing and managing Dynamic’s marketing, branding, and communication strategies. You’ll ensure consistency across all platforms, support business development efforts, and help position the company as a leader in our industry through compelling content, strategic branding, and streamlined proposal support. You'll elevate our brand presence and support business development efforts across all channels. This role is perfect for a self-starter who can balance creativity with strategy and execution. You’ll work closely with leadership, project teams, and business development to ensure our messaging, materials, and media reflect the strength of our work and culture.
Responsibilities:
Marketing & Communications
Manage and maintain Dynamic’s marketing calendar to align efforts with strategic goals.
Ensure consistent brand visibility across equipment, job sites, internal assets, and promotional materials.
Oversee and update website content regularly; monitor site analytics to optimize performance.
Coordinate photography and videography for use in proposals, social media, and marketing collateral.
Maintain a strong social media presence for both the company and senior leadership.
Draft and distribute press releases highlighting key milestones, project wins, and awards.
Produce and distribute an internal company newsletter featuring achievements and safety highlights.
Support leadership with presentations, speeches, and materials for conferences and client-facing events.
Proposal & Business Development Support
Collaborate with project and BD teams to polish proposals, project sheets, and capability statements.
Maintain and organize a shared asset library of photos, graphics, and past content.
Assist with digital advertising campaigns for key project pursuits.
Help connect marketing initiatives with the CRM for better tracking and reporting.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Strong writing and editing skills; ability to adapt tone for various audiences.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent).
Experience with website CMS (e.g., WordPress), social media platforms, and CRM tools.
Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across departments.
