** Paid Internship (Full or Part Time) Fall 2025 + Spring 2026**

Are you looking to gain real-world marketing experience in a fast-paced, publicly traded company? AZZ Inc.- a leader in galvanizing and metal coating solutions - is seeking a highly motivated Marketing and Communications Intern to join our team. This is a hands-on opportunity to support high-impact internal and external marketing and communications efforts, including weekly and monthly internal communications to our employees, event planning, branding, digital marketing (social media).

Reporting to the Chief Marketing, Communications and Investor Relations Officer, you are responsible for working closely with our Marketing and Communications team to support a variety of projects aimed at boosting employee awareness of key H.R. driven initiatives and programs, as well as external messaging to promote brand visibility and drive business engagement.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assisting with the creation and organization of marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and product datasheets.
• Supporting the planning and execution of corporate events.
• Coordinating advertising campaigns and social media content.
• Participating in research to evaluate market trends and recommend improvements to messaging and positioning.
• Assisting in the production and publishing of internal human resources messaging to include monthly newsletters and seasonal programs.
• Supporting the creation of graphic/visual design as needed for company-wide messaging and corporate functions.
• Collaborating with external agencies and vendors on creative projects.
• Helping maintain our sales and marketing contact databases.
• Assisting with the development of reports and internal communications.
• Gaining exposure to investor communications and learning how a public company maintains transparency with shareholders.

Qualifications

• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Interest in corporate communications, brand management, and B2B marketing.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Previous internship or project experience is a plus but not required.

Minimum Education

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
