    We are looking for an energetic Marketing Coordinator to grow our homemaker and companion agency. You will connect with people over the phone to set up face-to-face meetings, network out in the community, and manage our online marketing to attract new clients. Duties • Comply with all agency policies, procedures, confidentiality requirements, and ethical

    standards.

    • Uphold and promote the mission, vision, and values of Blessed Hands Loving Care LLC in

    all aspects of the role.

    • Promote the agency's homemaker and companion care services to prospective clients,

    families, healthcare providers, and community organizations.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, healthcare professionals,

    and community partners.

    • Represent the agency professionally at community events, networking functions, health

    fairs, and outreach activities.

    • Conduct outreach to generate new client referrals and expand community awareness of

    agency services.

    • Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective clients, referral partners, and

    community organizations.

    • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and referral sources to introduce agency

    services and establish new business relationships.

    • Distribute approved marketing materials and provide accurate information regarding

    agency programs and services.

    • Assist in the creation, coordination, and updating of marketing materials, including

    flyers, brochures, business cards, newsletters, and social media content.

    • Support the agency's online marketing efforts by maintaining social media platforms and

    assisting with digital marketing initiatives.

    • Respond to general inquiries regarding agency services and refer questions beyond

    authorized information to the Administrator.

    • Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, community contacts, referrals, and

    follow-up communications.

    • Follow up with prospective clients and referral sources as directed by the Administrator

    to strengthen relationships and encourage referrals.

    • Promptly report client concerns, complaints, or operational issues to the Administrator.

    • Safeguard the confidentiality of all client, employee, and agency information in

    accordance with agency policies and applicable regulations.

    • Provide administrative support for marketing initiatives, community outreach, special

    projects, and agency events as assigned.

    • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Administrator to support

    the agency's growth and success. Minimum Qualifications • Must be at least 18 years old.

    • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

    • Previous marketing, sales, healthcare outreach, community relations, or customer service

    experience required.

    • Knowledge of the local community and ability to develop professional relationships with

    community resources preferred.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to represent the agency professionally in the community.

    • Completion of Level 2 background screening per Florida Statutes §435.04 and §408.809.

    • Must demonstrate honesty, dependability, professionalism, and compassion for others.

    This is a remote position.
