EF Tours Marketing & Creative Studio is looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our Boston team. In this role, you’ll be at the center of a dynamic team with a focus on systems management, process oversight, and general departmental support related to marketing materials focused on opening the world through education and travel.
The role:
As an Operations Coordinator, you will combine your strengths in organization, project coordination, and relationship management into a unique, rewarding hands-on contributor role. You must be able to plan, organize and prioritize your work and the work of others on the team in a fast-paced environment, providing planning and administrative support to the marketing and creative team. You’ll hone your logistical skills by finding cross-departmental efficiencies and you’ll be at the center of connecting the dots. You’ll be a master-juggler of many things like, overseeing the departmental annual calendar and being the lead for a variety of our systems tools. You’ll also have the opportunity to flex into other skillsets when applicable, like marketing and production.
