JOB OVERVIEW
The Marketing & Events Operations Coordinator supports the execution of the marketing plans in the New Jersey, Short Hills location. Not limited to events, education, community relations, and graphics. Reports directly to the Store Director.
- Working with the Store Director and Corporate Marketing Team to ensure the defined strategies and initiatives are correctly executed within the Short Hills store according to the agreed upon timelines, budgets and goals.
- Ensures in-store communication is up to standards and follows the brand guidelines.
- Utilizes the tools and systems provided to support signage production as needed and oversees in-store installations (signage, visual merchandising, etc).
- Collaborates with corporate Communication team to create assets that promote marketing and events initiatives
- Creates and executes, in collaboration with local operational team, marketing activations such as customer events and educational activities, following the La Scuola programming and national events guidelines.
- Writes and monitors class descriptions; creates class registration pages online.
- Coordinates with in-store departments to organize demos with producers.
- Performs other duties as required or assigned.
