    About the Role

    We are a growing small business seeking a hands-on Marketing & Listings Coordinator to support the marketing and leasing of residential, commercial, and vacant land properties. This role is focused on execution—creating, posting, and managing online listings and digital ads, as well as sending targeted email campaigns to prospective tenants and buyers.

    As part of a small team, this position also offers flexibility to periodically assist with general operations and administrative needs. We’re looking for someone who is adaptable, proactive, and enjoys contributing across different areas of the business.

    Key Responsibilities

    Create and post property listings across platforms (e.g., Facebook Marketplace, LoopNet, Zillow, etc.)

    Write compelling ad copy and select photos for residential, commercial, and land listings

    Launch and manage paid ads (Facebook/Instagram, Google, or similar platforms)

    Boost and optimize ads based on performance (clicks, leads, conversions)

    Build and send email campaigns to prospective tenants, brokers, and buyers

    Maintain and update listing databases and marketing materials

    Track leads and basic performance metrics

    Coordinate with ownership/management on availability and pricing updates

    Flex to assist with general business operations and administrative tasks as needed

    Qualifications

    1–3+ years of experience in marketing, digital ads, or related field

    Real estate marketing experience is a plus, but not required

    Must have hands-on experience creating and managing Facebook or Instagram ads

    Experience using an email marketing platform

    Strong writing skills for ad copy and emails

    Highly organized and able to manage multiple listings at once

    Self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines

    Compensation

    $26–$30 per hour, based on experience

    Full-time, consistent hours
