This isn’t a “sit behind a computer all day” marketing job.

At LFG Lending, our Marketing + Operations Specialist (MOPS) sits right in the middle of growth, systems, and real-world action. One day you might be building automations inside HubSpot… the next you’re at an event capturing content… and the next you’re analyzing what’s working and improving our SEO and reporting.

We’re looking for someone who understands both marketing AND operational systems — someone who can build the structure that helps the company scale.

What You’ll Be Doing

Operations & Systems

Managing and optimizing HubSpot CRM

Building automations, workflows, and pipelines

Helping create operational structure for our growing team

Improving internal processes and efficiencies

Marketing & Brand Growth

Creating and posting daily social media content

Capturing video and photo content at events

Supporting marketing campaigns and promotions

Managing content calendars

Analytics & Performance

Monitoring SEO performance

Creating marketing reports and dashboards

Tracking campaign performance and engagement

Identifying opportunities for growth

Must Be Fluent In
