    Key Responsibilities

    1. New Product Development & Launch (Core Duty)

    Market Research & Analysis

    Conduct quarterly research on at least 10 potential products.

    Analyze sales volume using tools such as Helium 10.

    Review negative customer feedback and suggestions.

    Perform initial patent checks to assess product viability.

    Product Definition & Sourcing

    Support final product selection.

    Create product presentations (PowerPoint).

    Financial & Commercial Strategy

    Calculate key pricing metrics, including MSRP and MAP.

    Packaging & Production Coordination

    Oversee packaging development and identify design flaws.

    Coordinate testing and first production orders.

    Plan shipping logistics and pallet layouts.

    Project Management

    Track development stages using the “New Product Development Checklist.”

    Ensure timely progress across all phases.

    Tradeshow Coordination

    Research, plan, and organize participation in key global trade shows.

    1. Post-Launch Product Analysis

    Performance Monitoring

    Collect and analyze online customer reviews.

    Focus on negative feedback to identify improvement opportunities.

    Quality Assurance

    Conduct sample testing.

    Compile quarterly review reports to guide future product development.

    Effective communicator across presentations, negotiations, and cross-functional teams.

    Detail-oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    Proficient in using design tools such as Photoshop and Canva to create social media images, promotional posters, event materials, and product illustrations. Capable of independent image editing and creative design, and quick template creation.
