Marketing and Proposal Coordinator -Your Impact (What You’ll Do & Why It Matters):
- Lead the full proposal process from opportunity identification through final submission and presentation preparation—ensuring the team is positioned to win
- Develop Statements of Qualifications (SOQs), proposals, and presentations that clearly communicate the company’s strengths and experience
- Partner with internal teams to gather project information, resumes, and key content, bringing it all together into polished, high-quality submissions
- Track all proposals (in progress, submitted, won/lost) and provide insight into outcomes to continuously improve results
- Manage and grow the company’s LinkedIn presence and support website updates to ensure accurate, compelling messaging
- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions, helping expand relationships and visibility
- Support company branding through events, photography, and marketing materials, ensuring consistency and professionalism
Marketing and Proposal Coordinator- You Have (Skills & Experience We’re Looking For)
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling content
- Exceptional organization and ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- Experience coordinating projects, proposals, or deliverables across teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
- A detail-oriented, proactive approach with a high standard for quality
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with internal teams and external partners
- Interest in representing the company at industry events (including occasional early morning or evening events)
Marketing and Proposal Coordinator - You Might Have:
Construction industry experience is helpful but not required—your ability to lead the process, stay organized, and produce high-quality work is what matters most.
