JE works with large corporate clients- assisting them in their customer acquisition, retention, brand awareness, and product and service rollout. We are currently working on a business development sales and services project with NRG for their retail and events business.

Some of the duties learned as a Marketing and Sales Associate:

Determine service need and demand for customers

Marketing and sales psychology

A non-aggressive approach to meeting client's and customer's needs

Learn to present and educate on services to business customers

Monitor and report on customer satisfaction

Previous experience in customer relations preferred
