As a Marketing and Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving the marketing and sales strategies for Captura Hall. You will be responsible for coordinating marketing campaigns, assisting with sales initiatives, and ensuring that all activities align with the company’s overall goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, creativity, and a passion for both marketing and sales.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
Assist the sales team with lead generation, prospecting, and client management.
Manage marketing materials, including brochures, email campaigns, and promotional content.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Assist with organizing events and trade shows.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing and sales efforts.
Ensure that all marketing and sales activities align with the company's goals and branding.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
2+ years of experience in marketing or sales coordination.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
