Marketing Manager – Climatemakers of VA
Location: Virginia Beach, VA Department: Marketing Reports To: Ownership/General Manager
Position Overview
Climatemakers of VA is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and coordinate all marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels. This role ensures our brand is represented consistently, campaigns are executed effectively, and communication of promotions and specials is timely and accurate. The Marketing Manager will oversee social media, website updates, advertising campaigns, and reputation management while working closely with SEO advertisers and external partners.
Experience with Trane Co-op marketing programs and ServiceTitan is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments/messages, and track performance metrics.
Reputation & Review Management:
Monitor customer reviews across Google, Facebook, and other platforms.
Respond promptly and professionally to reviews to maintain and enhance Climatemakers’ reputation.
Track review trends and share feedback with leadership to improve customer experience.
Digital Marketing & SEO:
Work closely with SEO advertising partners to ensure campaigns are optimized and aligned with company goals.
Monitor SEO partner performance for online presence, keyword rankings, and analytics to maximize visibility and lead generation.
Website & Media Updates:
Ensure the company website is up to date with current specials, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
Maintain consistent messaging across all media, including digital ads, social platforms, print, and community sponsorships.
Advertising Coordination:
Develop and communicate monthly and seasonal promotions in coordination with leadership.
Oversee ad placements and track performance across Google, social media, print, and other channels.
Brand & Compliance:
Submit advertising for Trane Co-op pre-approval and manage reimbursement claims through ComfortSite/Max Plus.
Reporting & Analysis:
Track campaign performance, ROI, customer engagement, and review sentiment.
Provide monthly reports and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in HVAC, home services, or related industries.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, advertising tools, and analytics.
Experience coordinating with SEO and digital advertising partners.
Familiarity with Trane Co-op marketing programs and ComfortSite/Max Plus preferred.
ServiceTitan experience required.
Experience managing and responding to online reviews.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Creative mindset with ability to adapt strategies to changing market conditions.
