ABOUT THE PARTNER MANAGER - PINTEREST: 

MarketStar currently has an opportunity available for a Partner Manager to join us in our Ogden, UT location representing Pinterest. This team supports small and medium businesses that are advertising on the Pinterest platform. Partner Managers are responsible for working with new advertisers, finding advertising solutions that will work for their businesses, and onboarding them to the Pinterest platform. The right candidate will be instrumental in providing value to Pinterest and the advertisers they support.  

LOCATION: OGDEN, UT - POSITIONS ARE CURRENTLY WORK-FROM-HOME, WITH AN ANTICIPATED PARTIAL RETURN TO OFFICE IN MID 2022. 

WHAT WILL YOU DO?  

•   Identify, recruit, and onboard new Pinterest advertisers  

•   Use an analytical approach to understand and solve some of our advertiser’s toughest business problems  

•   Train and educate advertisers on the Pinterest solution including how to create and optimize campaigns  

•   Manage advertisers through the entire sales process from prospecting to activation  

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:  

•   1 or more years of experience in direct selling or other related experience  

•   Proven success in a metric-driven, high demand sales environment  

•   Ability to learn quickly and maintain a current, comprehensive knowledge of client’s products and services  

•   Tech-savvy with an affinity for innovative and emerging technology  

•   Self-motivated, adaptable, and professional; able to effectively multi-task in a dynamic environment  

•   Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including outstanding telephone presence  

•   Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce or other CRM tools
