MarketStar currently has an opening in our Ogden, Utah office for an Inside Sales Representative.

INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE – PERSONAL SALES

In this position, you would represent one of the world’s leading providers of personal computers. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for a full cycle sales motion as they work within an existing Enterprise customer account base with the responsibility for converting covered accounts to full purchasing accounts.

WHAT WILL YOU DO? • Identify and care for customer needs, business objectives, and success criteria • Maintain a full sales pipeline • Learn client personal computer devices with the ability to demo, sell, and share the full value add of the devices • Develop and maintain relationships with the field sales team, partner sales teams, and other relevant channel stakeholders • Support customers in internal conversations to create buy-in from key customer account stakeholders • Maintain relationships with customer accounts to continue driving future sales in the account base • Establish a trusted advisor role with accounts by being assertive, present, and relevant • Serve as product and service advocate for the client building interest and awareness of client’s value proposition

DESIRED ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS: • Experience in complex sales processes • Experience with technical sales, specifically with technical products and systems • Experience engaging and managing the sales process with high-level executive stakeholders • Excellent sales skills with proven ability to maximize sales results • Provide technical information for products and services
