This opportunity will allow you to work with our ATS systems and will enhance your experience in the field.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma/ GED, Bachelor's degree preferred

• 1 to 3 Years of Recruiting Experience

• Customer Service Skills

• ATS/ HRIS experience

• Communication Skills

• Organizational Skills

• Ability to multi-task and be time efficient

• Microsoft Office, G Suite proficiency

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with recruitment processes such as cold calls, screening resumes and scheduling interviews.

• Provide administrative support through the recruiting cycle.

• Utilize Applicant Tracking System "ATS" to identify potential hires for Marksman.

• Provide administrative support to Talent Acquisition Manager/Specialists

• Coordinate Staffing requests to the recruiting department.
