Small, PE backed O&G company in Dallas seeking a Finance Analyst/Manager, depending on experience level. This person will be working closely with the COO and be first in line to become a CFO. This is a great growth opportunity!

Responsibilities:

• Handle cash management and treasury functions
• Corporate finance
• Build financial models
• Financial reporting
• Transactional work for A&D valuations

Qualifications:

• BS in Finance
• 3~ years of Oil & Gas experience (upstream preferred)
• Will relocate
