Growing E&P operator in Houston seeking a Business Analyst who will liaise between IT and asset teams. This person will be responsible for analyzing needs and recommending solutions. Must be comfortable in a user facing role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for any application/data issues
• Generate workflow diagrams
• Test upgrades and provide support for any upgrades
• Provide end user training on applications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's required
• 5+ years of upstream operator experience
• Experience around some production accounting software programs
• Knowledge of PowerBI and/or SQL
• Good communication skills
