Small private E&P operator seeking a Sr. Geologist to support an active drilling program in West TX--unconventional shale. This person will be the lead geologist for the company. 

Responsibilities:

• Well log interpretation and correlation
• Well operations
• Generating cross sections 
• Development geology
• Mapping

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Geology or related degree
• 10+ years of Permian horizontal development experience REQUIRED
• Delaware experience highly desirable
• 15+ years of relevant experience
• Geophysical and/or petrophysical skills a plus
• Will consider Midland or Houston candidates
