Small operator in the DFW area seeking an Artificial Lift Specialist. This role will be supporting unconventional shale assets in West TX.

Responsibilities:

• Artificial lift design
• Oversee and troubleshoot ESP equipment
• Assist in operational goals and extend ESP run life
• Surveillance
• Improve optimization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's preferable
• 3+ years artificial lift design experience
• Unconventional shale experience required 
• ESP knowledge highly preferable
• Position can be located in Dallas or Midland
