Marley Spoon is a direct-to-consumer manufacturing business with a waste free supply chain. We deliver top quality fresh ingredients in the exact quantities required with chef-designed easy-to-cook recipes, to thousands of households across the globe. Together we build brands customers love. Currently we operate three brands that are serving households in the US, the European Union, and Australia: Marley Spoon, Martha & Marley Spoon, and Dinnerly.

As a national Health and Safety Manager you will be responsible to manage and improve our internal Work, Health, and Safety Management system across our FCs
You will:
Develop and enforce policies to establish a culture of Health and Safety;
Maintain documentation and training material up-to-date and fully implemented
Develop and monitor KPIs for Health and Safety across US sites and drive initiatives to continuously improve performance with the operations teams
Verify our internal work, health & safety management system at our FCs (organize and oversee internal audits)
Liaise with and report to regulatory bodies on Health and Safety matters
Works cross-functionally with other operations functions (supply chain management, logistics, production, OpEx, people operations) to drive continuous improvement
