    Marlow is a career design platform offering chat based coaching to mid-level professionals. We believe everyone benefits when individuals have access to the resources they need to take the lead on their professional development. We partner with businesses who are looking to help their mid-level team members achieve their professional goals. 

    We care a lot about our members: their coaching experience, their privacy, and their progress. Individuals who have access to coaches improve their performance, their confidence, and even their happiness. It's important work and we're having a blast! 

    We launched Marlow in 2017 and are growing quickly. We are now building out our career coaching team and are looking for experienced HR professionals to join us! 

    Our coaches are the core of the Marlow experience and play a vital role in helping Marlow members make progress in their careers.  

    As a Marlow Coach, you are responsible for personalizing each member's experience by sharing relevant activities, curating content and offering guidance via chat. 

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    · Provide top-tier coaching support to your Marlow members via chat · Help Marlow members identify their goals and work with them to create a structured, actionable plan · Personalize the Marlow experience by sharing activities, curated content and customized action-plans · Partner with the executive team to develop best practices · Write content for the Marlow blog on a weekly basis · Work closely with our coaching community to develop highly-effective activities

    REQUIREMENTS:

    We believe the world's best coaches come in all formats and sometimes don't have traditional coaching experience. Our coaches all have at least 3 years of robust Human Resources or People Operations experience. 

    We will train the right person on the Marlow coaching structure but we are looking for individuals with a proven track record for excellence. We value critical thinking skills, grit and an insane amount of curiosity.

    · 3+ years of robust HR / People Operations experience · Service mentality (no job is too small) and a genuine desire to help people shape the direction of their career · Strong digital communication skills · Proven track record of success in your field (tell us your story) · Understanding and interest in value-adding coaching methods
