    Marlyn Group is focused on helping clients drive bottom line results through the performance of their people using Zephire, our end-to-end Monthly Parking, Billing and AR (Accounts Receivable) SaaS platform. The Technical Support Analyst is part of a fast paced, external customer facing team that supports the Zephire application. This role is responsible for interfacing with system users via phone, email and Teams to analyze and troubleshoot issues. Under limited supervision, this role carries out help desk procedures to ensure responsive and quality resolutions to system and customer issues. Once a problem has been identified and understood, the Technical Support Analyst is responsible for properly documenting it, escalating it when applicable for resolution and documenting the resolution once complete. Experience with Visual Studio and Visual Basic code is preferred.
