Responsibilities: Help prepare meetings and take detailed minutes Perform additional assigned duties from executives such as picking up orders, handling personal mail, etc. Manage office duties such as organizing filing systems and ordering office equipment and supplies Organize incoming information such as phone calls, voicemail messages, emails, and memos and report details to an executive Perform basic bookkeeping duties • Follows up with Subcontractors and manages project timelines. • Manages Documents and ensures completion of permits and runs errands as needed for construction-related projects. • Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Management office, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response. • Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the Management’s office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management staff. Qualifications: Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certificate of completion Impeccable time management skills, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills Experience handling confidential information and adhering to strict deadlines Familiar with Microsoft Office Compensation: $35,000 - $40,000 yearly
