JOB DESCRIPTION
- Act as liaison and develop strong working relationships with candidates, agencies, hiring managers, and HR partners
- Draft job descriptions and hiring criteria for open requisitions
- Perform phone screens, and interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, knowledge, and experience
- Assist in building and leading recruitment strategies for a variety of roles within the organization
- Collaborate with department managers and senior managers to identify talent needs
- Build an exceptional candidate, hiring manager, and team member experience by identifying and anticipating candidate needs, following issues to closure, and collaborating with partners to exceed expectations
- Source, recruit, and close offers
- Train new managers on interview guidelines and best practices
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL DEMONSTRATE THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
- 5 years’ minimum experience in Agency or In-House Recruitment
- BA Degree in Human Resources Management or another relevant field preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, decision-making, and communication skills
- Previous experience with conducting interviews
- Working knowledge of HR databases, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
