    Job Description

    We are actively hiring for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Irvine, CA. Below are some the duties and requirements needed for the position.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Accurately processes a monthly invoices and statements for all company offices

    • Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding vendor invoices

    • Maintain files and documentation in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.

    • Investigate order disputes and discrepencies

    • Process postatge requests through postage portal

    • Maintain constant contact/communication with all company offices and vendors

    • Request new vendor accounts set-up and/or update

    • Assist in month-end closing

    • REQUIREMENTS:

    • AA or BS/A degree in Accounting, Business or similar

    • 3-5  years experience in accounts receivable

    • Must have strong computer/data entry skills 

    • Proficiency with MS Office Suite

    • Must be experienced with Excel -Pivot Tables and V Look Up

    PREFFERRED:

    • Experience in a regional healthcare or retail company
    • BA Degree in related field preferred
    • Detail oriented, organized, process driven, proactive, customer service focused
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
