Job Description
We are actively hiring for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Irvine, CA. Below are some the duties and requirements needed for the position.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accurately processes a monthly invoices and statements for all company offices
Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding vendor invoices
Maintain files and documentation in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.
Investigate order disputes and discrepencies
Process postatge requests through postage portal
Maintain constant contact/communication with all company offices and vendors
Request new vendor accounts set-up and/or update
Assist in month-end closing
REQUIREMENTS:
AA or BS/A degree in Accounting, Business or similar
3-5 years experience in accounts receivable
Must have strong computer/data entry skills
Proficiency with MS Office Suite
Must be experienced with Excel -Pivot Tables and V Look Up
