Our dental insurance policy and billing partner in Irvine, CA is hiring several Data Entry Clerks in Irvine, CA. Since training will be provided for new hires this is a GREAT OPPORTUNITY for gaining experience in the billing industry in a professional setting with stable working hours! FLEXIBLE WORK SCHEDULE: Mon-Fri, 5:30am, 6:00am, or 6:30am start times based on new hire's preference! Temp-To-Hire with Full Benefits after conversion

JOB DUTIES:

• Gather and prepare insurance reimbursements for manual or electronic posting to patient accounts.
• Use company scanning system to scan insurance reimbursement deposits in a timely and accurate manner.
• Work through exception and error reports associated with maintaining and processing
• Provide auditors, billers, and other claims tracers with assistance in the follow-up of outstanding claims payments.
• Scans deposit slips and EOB to the individual offices.
• Performs and maintains posting level per Company guidelines.
• Communicate issues and suggestions to improve processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ year of customer service, data entry, or admin experience (Retail, food, call center, etc.)
• Equivalent to high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
