Job Description
We are currently seeking a remote ORDER PROCESSOR (also known as Capital Equipment Coordinator) for a leading medical device company located in Irvine, California!
DURATION: Contract, Temp-To-Hire SHIFT: M-F, 8am-5pm (some overtime) PAY: $18/hr LOCATION: Will start off remote but work in their Irvine office once it is safe.
JOB DUTIES: • Manages in-house processing of the quotations, including receiving Quote Request, reviewing and editing for accuracy prior to approval. • Analyze, compare and interpret detailed and sometimes poorly defined information; make sound and accurate judgments based on previous knowledge • Maintains close communication with all sales and management. • Assist in identification of and preparation for parts to be sent out for quotation through Quote • Recommend more efficient and proficient processes • Resolves or appropriately refers questions, requests, complaints, and problems. • Obtains and conveys information as needed. • Keeps management informed of area activities and of any significant problems. • Performs miscellaneous clerical and administrative tasks. • Performs special projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: • High School Diploma or equivalent experience required. Some college preferred. • Proficient knowledge of Word and excel. (Added advantage to know or have used: Salesforce, SAP, and or Callidus Cloud.) • 2-3 years of equivalent office/administrative experience. • Solid analytical, creative, and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work well independently and/or on a team.
