Our medical device company is hiring Bilingual Customer Support Representatives to work remotely from home! This job is perfect for someone who is looking for a flexible job to accommodate a busy lifestyle! The position will perform over-the-phone technical support for company employees and with patients for in-home medical device monitoring equipment. Extensive paid training is provided to new hires before interacting with customers
DUTCH OR FRENCH LANGUAGE FLUENCY IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE.
SHIFT AVAILABILITIES:
- Monday - Friday 8:00am - 11:00pm
- Saturday 12:00am - 11:59pm
- Upon phone screening, you will be asked for your shift preferences.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist patients with setup and use of mobile applications for iOS and Android.
- Educate customers with the setup and use of their mobile app.
- Provide recommendations for improving the support process.
- Escalate calls to other team members when needed.
- Document each call in a case ticketing system.
- Performs other duties or special projects as assigned.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in teams and individually with minimal supervision.
- Good documentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or certificate is a plus
