    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced and professional TECHNICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT for a growing medical device technology company located in Huntington Beach, CA!

    POSITION: Contract, Temp-To-Hire HOURS: Mon-Fri 7am - 4pm (occasional OT on Saturdays) PAY: $20.00/hr LOCATION: Huntington Beach, CA (required to work on-site)

    DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES • Answer inbound sales and support calls, and make outbound calls as required • Assist with client activations and enrollment • Accurately complete tasks and close out support cases • Handle complaints and unpleasant customers with a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude • Provide technical support related to Soberlink product and services • Utilize knowledge of the Soberlink System and internal policies to accurately respond to customer inquiries REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • At least 2 years of call center experience, or other phone-based customer support • Can be depended upon to complete work in a timely, accurate, and thorough manner • Strong phone etiquette and active listening • Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing with superiors, colleagues, and customers • Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers • Strong attention to detail is critical • Some background in the Addiction Recovery community is preferred
