Job Description

The Operations Planning Analyst will work closely with Sr. Business Operations and Integration Manager to evaluate, plan, monitor and control ERP business processes, work with a cross functional team, and assist with improving accounts payable procedures.

DUTIES

• Build and maintain relationships across all departments: Production, Intake, Materials, Shipping, Product Development, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Customer Care.
• Assist in analyzing, defining and documenting current and future business processes
• Support planning, implementation, and monitoring of operational activities
• Help develop and manage performance against critical KPIs
• Monitor and report to management on KPI health, identify issues that may impede attainment of goals, recommend and implement corrective measures
• Develop analytical reports to deliver information to business partners and stakeholders that support improved decision making

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Health Care Administration or other related field required
• Medical Device, Pharma, or Biotech experience; understanding of ISO 13485 and FDA regulations is a plus
• 2+ years of experience in an analytics or related role
• Extremely detail oriented and organized, self starter, team oriented, and can manage multiple projects
• Advanced Excel skills required
• ERP System (preferably QAD) and Microsoft Office suite
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and patient privacy required.
