    GLOBAL DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

     

    Global Digital Marketing supports the global digital expansion and transformation of our company, improving the digital experience of our brands globally.  Primary responsibility is to partner with internal and external teams to build and maintain effective digital marketing programs and campaigns.  The Global Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for maintaining our Digital Library.  Assist in the international deployment of digital content and support internal and external teams in effective utilization on an ongoing basis. The Global Digital Marketing Manager will serve as our Salsify champion.  Develop, document, communicate and provide training in best practices for eCommerce and digital marketing on owned web properties.  Monitor KPI’s and prepare monthly reports.

     

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Work with global brand, sales, and marketing teams to coordinate web content in support of brand launches
    • Work with e-commerce team to manage product content across multiple channels
    • Manage Digital Asset Management system and ensure global content is maintained and correctly categorized
    • Work with Social Media Marketing Manager to help coordinate and implement web content
    • Work with regional teams to manage editorial calendar and publishing of digital content
    • Maintain a consistent look and feel for each brand throughout all web properties (country specific brand sites, b-to-b portals, syndication tools, etc.)
    • Enter, edit and proofread all web content
    • Manage web-based assets and ensure all are archived for future needs and reference
    • Monitor and provide regular insight on competitors’ digital environments and changes to their content management approach
    • Keep current with emerging web technologies
    • In conjunction with the Social Media Manager, develops and manages paid, social media and digital content distribution strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and plan.
    • Manages and maintains paid, social media and content budget for both brand and retail.
    • Evaluates, manages digital marketing tool/technologies, establishes processes and training and enforces adoption.
    • Manage internal and external digital marketing spend with “brick and click” retail partner websites and marketing packages.
    • Monitor and adjust digital marketing spend to ensure appropriate ROI
    • Harmonize instore and digital marketing campaigns
    • Expertly integrate both internal and external marketing tools including but not limited touch as: retailer emailers, banners, sponsored products, affiliate ads, ad words, criteo.
    • Serve as consultant internally and with our partners (agencies & vendors) and retailers on an as needed basis.

     

     

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • Extreme attention to detail
    • Experience with Digital Asset Management systems (DAM)
    • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
    • Exceptional English grammar, proofreading and editing skills
    • Extremely strong comfort level with ambiguity and change
    • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
    • Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-departmental team
    • Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft applications including Excel
    • Strong project management
    • Bachelor’s Degree required

     

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Experience with Salsify strongly preferred
