You must be a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with at least 1-3 years of experience administering therapy services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Responsibilities: • Document patient records accurately and thoroughly in accordance with facility and licensing standards • Plan, carry out, and assess therapeutic treatment programs for each patient individually • Deliver mental health services to families, couples, individuals, and children by employing solution-focused counseling techniques • Perform intake and needs assessments for individuals, significant others, and family members through testing, interviews, observations, and conversation sessions • Attend and participate in weekly scheduled Clinical Team meetings and collaborate with community agencies What You’ll Be Doing • Providing high-quality couples and family therapy using Gottman and other evidence-based approaches. • Helping partners improve communication, rebuild trust, and navigate relationship challenges. • Conducting assessments and developing tailored treatment plans to support long-term relationship success. Qualifications: • State license that is current, unrestricted, and in good standing for a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) or equivalent • Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent and a bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field; preference to those with a master’s degree • Must have 1-3 years of marriage and family therapy experience in a clinical setting • Additional certifications required: CPR, BLS (Basic Life Support) • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities, as well as outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, are needed Who We’re Looking For • Licensed therapists (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or Psychologist Ph.D./Psy.D.) with a pay rate of $41 - $65 per hour. • Provisionally licensed therapists (LPCC, LSW, MFT-C) with a pay rate of $30-$40 per hour. • Passion for couples therapy and a strong desire to specialize in the Gottman Method. • Willingness to train in CBT, DBT, EMDR, sex therapy, or other evidence-based modalities. • Availability for at least one evening or weekend shift to accommodate couples' schedules. Compensation: $48 - $65 hourly
