    Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our growing team! This role requires a minimum of 30 client-facing hours per week. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and children, addressing psychological disorders, improving communication skills, resolving relational conflict, and supporting clients through life transitions and crises.     Responsibilities:

    Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate client needs and develop therapeutic goals.

    Deliver evidence-based therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children.

    Design and implement customized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs and circumstances.

    Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using proven clinical methods.

    Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in accordance with professional and legal standards.

    Conduct regular wellness check-ins to monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.

    Comply with all facility policies, ethical guidelines, and licensing regulations.

    Qualifications:

    Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

    Current and unrestricted license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT or equivalent).

    Active BLS and CPR certification.

    Experience providing therapy in clinical, private practice, or community-based settings preferred.

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centered approach.

    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
