Job Summary We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team of mental health professionals. The LMFT will provide psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families experiencing emotional, psychological, and relational difficulties. The ideal candidate is empathetic, collaborative, and committed to making a meaningful impact on clients' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards
Utilize evidence-based practices to support client growth and healing
Maintain accurate, timely clinical records in accordance with agency policies and licensing board requirements
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and participate in case consultations when appropriate
Uphold client confidentiality and professional boundaries at all times
Stay current on best practices, continuing education, and licensure requirements
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
Active LMFT license in the state of [Insert State]

Strong understanding of systemic, relational, and trauma-informed therapy models
