Marrick Greenwood Village, CO Marrick is a growing medical access health care company providing healthcare solutions for patients who have been involved in collisions and are uninsured or under insured. Our services include coordination of timely medical care, access to local high-quality doctors and patient advocacy The primary focus of this position is obtaining case statuses from personal injury attorneys and maintaining patient accounts after treatment has concluded Special Project Coordinator Responsibilities: Summary/Objective –This position will communicate effectively with attorneys and team members over the phone and by written correspondence. Essential Functions • Identify and track trends pertaining to business operations and processes • Be the primary contact for assigned law firms after accounts are finalized, including but not limited to: o Assist with sending bills and records o Obtain estimates/additional records from medical providers o Monitor Medpay progress o Follow up on disbursement statuses o Assist with reductions as needed o Answer attorney questions as needed o Assist with obtaining NLR (No Longer Represented) information • Assist in other areas within Special Projects, Funding, and Billing as needed

Other Important Skills Include • Must adhere to high standards of accountability, confidentiality (HIPAA compliant), and professionalism while dealing with medical and financial information. • Must be able to work collaboratively among all departments at Marrick. • Must have good organizational skills and attention to detail. • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Must be comfortable speaking with attorneys, medical providers, patients, and insurance adjuster Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
