SALARY: $100k-130k
This is a REMOTE FULL-TIME position (Anywhere in US).
As a MARKETING DATA ANALYST, you will be responsible for LEAD MANAGEMENT and GLOBAL MARKETING CAMPAIGNS.
Data Analyst will work with group of marketers who are running global campaigns. You will work with teams and collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders in DEMAND GENERATION, MARKETING TECHNOLOGY, MARKETING OPERATIONS, and CREATIVES.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, SQL EXPERT, collaborative, and an exceptional project manager. You'll need to take charge of project-level processes and help provide data insights into operational efficiencies in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with marketing and technical teams to PROVIDE DATA-DRIVEN SOLUTIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS in support of critical business needs and goals
Access and SYNTHESIZE DATA using appropriate tools and technology while leveraging knowledge of data sources, data quality and business context
MANAGE the overall health, CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT in MARKETO and governance of MARKETING DATA
Maintain pulse of key PERFORMANCE METRICS and FLAG LEADERSHIP when action is required
Manage LEAD QUALITY, LEAD SCORING and LEAD ROUTING in Marketo
Assess ad hoc ANALYTIC PROJECT REQUESTS and determine the best approach and team members to support.
Advise MARKETING OPERATIONS FUNCTIONS on data requirements necessary to perform desired analysis
Ensure that DATA FINDINGS are appropriately visualized in a way that will resonate with stakeholders and clearly highlight implications
Apply ANALYTICAL AND STATISTICAL METHODS and models to provide stakeholders with ACTIONABLE INSIGHTS
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Must know DATA MODELLING
Expert-level proficiency in MICROSOFT EXCEL and SQL
SALESFORCE.COM and MARKETO (or equivalent) proficiency
Minimum 5 YEARS OF proven EXPERIENCE IN DATA ANALYTICS AND BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE at both the leadership and technical/operational levels. Demonstrated experience working with executive leadership a must
Minimum of 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN A MARKETING / MARKETING ANALYTICS function required
Proven statistical ANALYSIS AND MODELING EXPERIENCE
Ability to translate business objectives into MARKETING GOALS AND MEASUREMENTS
Ability to tell a succinct, actionable, STORY THROUGH DATA
Ability to communicate COMPLEX DATA CONCEPTS in ways that marketing leaders and other functions will understand
Strong understanding of DATA MANAGEMENT TOOLS and BEST PRACTICES, within and outside of marketing
STRONG COMMUNICATION skills essential
BACHELOR'S DEGREE REQUIRED
MASTER'S DEGREE PREFERRED
