We are seeking a detail oriented, results driven MARKETING OPERATIONS PROGRAM MANAGER to manage efficient operational execution for the Global Demand & Growth Marketing Team.

- Comprehend, prioritize and DRIVE CAMPAIGNS TO COMPLETION
- Take ownership and drive all DEMAND TICKETS to marketing operations and campaigns
- Demonstrate diverse portfolio of efforts in MANAGING CAMPAIGNS, QA and understanding risks
- Periodically ensure that MARKETO CAMPAIGNS ARE RUNNING as required from delivery to lead flow to attribution
- Execute EXTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS CALENDARS scheduled between global demand team activities
- Evaluate campaigns and suggest OPTIMIZATION PLANS to build and execute all the stages from send times, frequency, content, channels, a/b testing etc.
- Create REPORT DASHBOARDS of campaign in Salesforce
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Served two to three years of experience as LEAD OPERATIONS OR PROJECT MANAGER ROLE in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in MAINTAINING CROSS-FUNCTIONAL AND DISTRIBUTED MEETINGS to keep team members aligned.
- Result-driven and efficient in ADDRESSING ISSUES
- Concise, self-assured and STRONG COMMUNICATOR
- Strong command in VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION skills
- Proven experience with PROGRAM MANAGEMENT execution
- Self-starter and fast learner
