    We are in need of a real estate inside sales agent to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for prospecting new leads, making cold calls, building relationships with potential clients, and improving our lead conversion rate. Responsibilities: • Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data • Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals • Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region • Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs • Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their specific real estate needs, preferences, and budget constraints • Property Listings: Research and create listings for properties that are for sale, including gathering and verifying property information, taking photographs, and writing property descriptions • Property Valuation: Evaluate properties to determine their market value based on factors such as location, condition, and recent sales data • Marketing: Develop marketing strategies to promote properties, which may include online listings, advertising, hosting open houses, and using social media • Buyer Representation: Assist buyers in finding suitable properties that match their criteria and budget. Provide guidance throughout the buying process, including negotiating offers • Seller Representation: Work with sellers to list their properties, set competitive asking prices, and market their properties to potential buyers • Networking: Build and maintain a network of contacts within the real estate industry, including other agents, mortgage brokers, inspectors, and appraisers • Property Showings: Arrange and conduct property showings for potential buyers, answering their questions and providing information about the property and the surrounding area • Negotiation: Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to secure the best possible deal for buyers and sellers • Legal Compliance: Ensure that all transactions adhere to local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations, including disclosures and contractual agreements • Market Research: Stay informed about local real estate market trends, property values, and economic factors that may affect the market • Continuing Education: Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with changes in real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients by promptly responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and guiding them through the buying or selling process • Problem Solving: Address any issues or challenges that may arise during a real estate transaction, working to find solutions that satisfy all parties involved • Marketing Research: Analyze market data and trends to help clients make informed decisions regarding their real estate investments • Financial Guidance: Offer financial advice, such as helping clients understand mortgage options and financing strategies • Market and Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about developments in the real estate industry, including changes in laws, regulations, and technology • Ethics and Integrity: Conduct all business activities with the highest ethical standards and prioritize the best interests of clients Qualifications: • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position • Real estate license or pursuing required Compensation: $130,000
