    Real Estate Listing Sales Agent needed to join our growing agency. The Listing Agent will be responsible for gaining listings through leads, advertising, referrals and repeat business. We are seeking someone with strong interpersonal and multitasking skills. Professionalism is a must. As our Listing Agent you will be meeting with prospective clients to sell their home. Learning our listing presentation and the ability to present our value proposition in a professional manner is a must. You’ll be supported every step of the way with continuing education and training, a dedicated administrative and marketing staff and a team who always have each other’s backs. Responsibilities: Work alongside Buyers' Agents to ensure contracts are negotiated to closing Give weekly reports to customers on the status of their listing so they know they are top of mind and provide good customer ratings and referrals Quickly respond to all lead listings and requests with the goal of converting into listing appointments Conduct listing presentations with leads to increase client base Follow up with customers who contact us through phone, email or web in a timely and efficient manner to maintain our customer service standards Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone Team player who believes their success is the team’s success Self-motivated and self sufficient Completes tasks quickly and efficiently Quick learner who is technologically savvy and able to learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing technologies Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 yearly
